A Brief Discussion On The Installation Method Of Power Cross Arm
According to the economic utilization of materials, the layout method can be divided into three types: layout with waste, layout with less waste and layout without waste. According to the layout form of the parts on the material, the layout can be straight, oblique, opposite, mixed, multiple, etc. Because the parts involved are rectangular parts and the four holes have position tolerance requirements, the straight layout method with waste is adopted.
The poles are Parallel Groove Clamp at the beginning and end and corners, crossing rivers, roads and railways, and the rest are generally single cross arms. Our company focuses on the operation of power iron accessories and other products. The following introduces the installation method and effect of the cross arm in the power iron accessories.
Two-point buried type: The angle iron is U-shaped, and both ends are buried in the wall and fixed with concrete or mortar.
One-point buried type: Drill a hole in the wall, bury one end of the angle iron in the wall, and fix it with concrete or mortar.
Bolt fixed type: Directly fixed with expansion bolts, generally the household cross arm is T-shaped or triangular. The single cross arm of the pole should be installed on the receiving side. When a single cross arm is used for 90° corner poles and terminal poles, it should be installed on the side of the wire. For corner poles below 15°, a single cross arm should be used. For corner poles between 15° and 45°, a double cross arm should be used. For corner poles above 45°, a cross cross arm should be used.
