Basic requirements for installing the Cable Lugs at both ends of the flexible busbar (1) Before cutting the wire, the wire end to be disconnected should be tied with 3-4 turns of binding wire to prevent the wire from breaking.
(2) The position of the wire hanging point should be aimed at the center of the large head pin hole of the tension wire clamp. Remember this position when wrapping the wrapping tape. The wrapping tape is wrapped around the wire, and the length of both ends should be enough to expose 50mm at both ends of the wire clamp. The wrapping direction of the wrapping tape should be consistent with the twisting direction of the outer strands of the wire.
(3) The thickness of the wrapping tape should be considered when selecting the wire clamp. The boat-shaped pressure plate of the wire clamp should be flat, and after the "U"-shaped bolt is tightened, there should be 3-5 exposed screw buckles.
(4) When the busbar is short, the hanging holes of the wire clamps at both ends should be on the same side when the wire is not under stress.
