Briefly Describe The Installation Method And Effect Of The Entry-type Crossarm
The poles are equipped with double cross arms at the beginning, end, corners, crossing rivers, roads, and railways, and the rest are generally equipped with Dead End Clamp.
Two-point buried type: the angle iron is U-shaped, and both ends are buried in the wall and fixed with concrete or mortar.
One-point buried type: drill a hole in the wall, bury one end of the angle iron in the wall, and fix it with concrete or mortar.
Bolt fixed type: directly fixed with expansion bolts, generally the cross arm entering the house is T-shaped or triangular. The single cross arm of the line pole should be installed on the 90° corner pole on the power receiving side and the terminal pole. When the single cross arm is used, it should be installed on the corner pole below 15° on the wire pulling side, and a single cross arm should be used. For corner poles from 15° to 45°, double cross arms should be used. For corner poles above 45°, cross cross arms should be used.
According to the economic utilization of materials, the layout method can be divided into three types: layout with waste, layout with less waste and layout without waste. According to the layout form of the parts on the material, the layout can be straight, oblique, opposite, mixed, multiple, etc. Because the parts involved are rectangular parts and the four holes have position tolerance requirements, the straight layout method with waste is adopted.
