Briefly Describe The Requirements For Installing The Tension Clamps At Both Ends Of The Flexible Busbar
(1) Before cutting the wire, the wire end to be disconnected should be tied with 3-4 turns of binding wire to prevent the wire from breaking.
(2) The position of the wire hanging point should be aimed at the center of the large pin hole of the tension clamp. Remember this position when wrapping the tape. The tape is wrapped around the wire, and the length of both ends should be enough to allow 50mm to be exposed at both ends of the clamp. The wrapping direction of the tape should be consistent with the twisting direction of the outer strands of the wire.
(3) When selecting Suspension clamp, the thickness of the tape should be considered. The boat-shaped pressure plate of the tension clamp should be flat, and after the "U"-shaped bolt is tightened, there should be 3-5 exposed screw buckles.
(4) When the busbar is short, the hanging holes of the tension clamps at both ends should be on the same side when the wire is not under stress.
