Cable Connector Standard Connection Method Wire Core Connection

Choose the appropriate connection method according to the cross-section and type of Cable Lugs. For single-strand copper wires, twisting or pressing can be used; for multi-strand copper wires, the core wires need to be straightened and twisted and tightened before using the appropriate connection method.
When connecting, ensure that the core wires are in close contact without looseness or gaps. For cables with large cross-sections, a core wire of the same diameter can be filled in the connection to enhance the stability of the connection.
