Classification System For Various Types Of Electrical Fittings
1. According to the effect and structure, it can be divided into suspension wire clamps, tension wire clamps, UT wire clamps, connection hardware, connection hardware, maintenance hardware, equipment wire clamps, T-type wire clamps, busbar hardware, wire pulling hardware and other categories; according to the use, it can be used as line hardware and substation hardware.
2. According to the power hardware product unit, it can be divided into forgeable cast iron, forging, aluminum copper aluminum and cast iron, a total of four units.
3. It can also be divided into national standards and non-national standards
4. According to the main function and use of hardware, hardware can be roughly divided into the following categories
1), Insulator, also known as support hardware or suspension wire clamp. This hardware is mainly used to suspend the wire insulator string (mostly used for straight pole towers) and suspend jumpers on insulator strings.
2), Anchor hardware, also known as fastening hardware or wire clamp. This kind of hardware is mainly used to fasten the terminal of the conductor to fix it on the line-bearing insulator string. It is also used to fix the terminal of the lightning conductor and anchor the pull wire. The anchoring hardware bears all the tension of the conductor and lightning conductor, and some anchoring hardware becomes a conductor.
3) Connecting hardware, also known as hanging wire parts. This hardware is used to connect insulators into strings and connect hardware with hardware. It bears mechanical load.
4) Connecting hardware, this hardware is specially used to connect various bare conductors and lightning conductors. The connection bears the same electrical load as the conductor, and most of the connecting hardware bears all the tension of the conductor or lightning conductor.
5) Protective hardware, this hardware is used to protect conductors, insulators, etc., such as equalizing rings for protecting insulators, heavy hammers for preventing insulator strings from being pulled up, and anti-vibration hammers and wire guards for preventing conductor vibration.
6) Touch fittings, which are used to connect hard busbars, soft busbars and outlet terminals of electrical equipment, T-joints of wires and non-load-bearing parallel connections, etc. These joints are electrical touch. Therefore, the touch fittings are required to have higher conductivity and touch stability.
7) Fixed fittings, also known as power plant fittings or high-current busbar fittings. This kind of fittings are used to fix and connect various hard busbars or soft busbars with support insulators in distribution equipment. Most of the fixed fittings are not used as conductors, but only have the effect of fixing, supporting and suspending. However, since these fittings are used for large currents, all components should be free of hysteresis loss.
