According to the nature of the power load (i.e. the power factor), the general power load should be about 75%-95% of the transformer capacity. The power consumption also considers the starting of a single large-capacity motor and the simultaneous rate of multiple electrical equipment to meet the needs of the motor starting current. Therefore, a larger transformer should be selected. If the measured load is often less than 50% of the transformer capacity, a smaller transformer should be replaced. If it is greater than the rated capacity of the transformer, a larger transformer should be replaced.
