Importance Of Installing Shock-absorbing Hammer For Power Fittings

Stainless Steel & Fixing Nail A kind of protective power fitting widely used in overhead transmission lines, which converts part of the energy absorbed from the conductor into heat and sound energy, thereby reducing the amplitude of the conductor. Although traditional anti-vibration hammers adopt different design technologies for resonant frequency, they are all installed by bolts. Bolt installation is inconvenient to use, wastes a lot of energy, and cannot guarantee the installation torque. After commissioning, it is easy to slip the line, which causes great harm to the line.
The span of high-voltage overhead lines is large, and the pole towers are also high. When the conductor is blown by strong winds, it will vibrate strongly. When the conductor vibrates, the working conditions at the conductor suspension are most unfavorable. Long-term and periodic vibration will cause fatigue damage to the conductor, causing the conductor to break strands and wires. Sometimes strong vibration will also damage the fittings and insulators.
In order to prevent and reduce the vibration of the conductor (the periodic swing on the vertical plane caused by the wind, and a series of standing waves with small amplitudes are formed in the entire span), a certain number of anti-vibration hammers are generally installed near the wire clamps of the hanging conductors. When the conductor vibrates, the anti-vibration hammer also moves up and down, generating a force that is not synchronized with or even opposite to the vibration of the conductor, which can reduce the amplitude of the conductor and even eliminate the vibration of the conductor.
