Any customer who introduces two or more power supply lines (regardless of voltage level) and can interlock or run the two or more power supply lines internally is called a dual (multi) power supply customer. Customers who introduce one power supply line (or two power supply lines) from the power grid but still have independent self-provided power supply and can switch between them or run them in parallel are regarded as dual (multi) power supply customers.
When customers need backup or security power supply, what conditions should be met to approve dual (multi) power supply?
(1) Sudden power outage will cause personal injury or death.
(2) Sudden power outage will cause serious environmental pollution.
(3) Sudden power outage will cause paralysis of urban life or long-term inability to resume continuous production process.
(4) Sudden power outage will have a major political impact.
(5) Sudden power outage will cause major economic losses.
(6) The government requires dual (multi) circuit power supply conditions.
In what situations should the customer prepare the security power supply for the customer's important load?
The security power supply for the customer's important load can be provided by the power supply enterprise or prepared by the customer. In the following situations, the security power supply for the customer's important load should be prepared by the customer.
(1) When the power system fails or force majeure causes power outage, power supply must still be guaranteed.
(2) It is more economical and reasonable for the customer to prepare the power supply by the power system.
