Power Connectors Overview
Power Connectors is mainly composed of an insulating shell, a puncture blade, a waterproof rubber pad, and a torque bolt. When making a cable branch connection with a puncture wire clamp (1 photo), insert the branch cable into the branch cap and determine the main line branch position, then tighten the torque nut on the wire clamp with a socket wrench. As the torque nut is tightened, the upper and lower insulators of the wire clamp with puncture blades hidden in them gradually close together. At the same time, the arc-shaped sealing rubber pad wrapped around the puncture blade gradually adheres to the cable insulation layer, and the puncture blade also begins to puncture the cable insulation layer and the metal conductor. When the sealing degree of the sealing rubber pad and the insulating grease and the contact between the puncture blade and the metal body reach the best effect, the torque nut automatically falls off. At this time, the installation is completed and the contact point sealing and electrical effect reach the best.
