Power Fittings Manufacturers Introduce Technical Requirements For Copper And Aluminum Parts
1. The surface of copper and aluminum parts should be smooth, flat and clean, and should not have defects such as cracks, blistering, peeling, slag inclusions, folding, pores, sand holes, severe scratches and delamination. Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, embossing and repair marks that do not make the plate thickness or tube wall thickness exceed the allowable deviation are allowed.
2. The electrical contact plane of copper and aluminum parts is not allowed to have defects such as bumps, scratches, spots, pits, embossing.
3. Copper and aluminum castings should be free of flash and burrs, but regular molds are allowed.
4. After the gate of copper and aluminum castings is cleared, individual pinholes are allowed to exist. The area shall not exceed 5% of the area of the riser, and the depth shall not exceed 1mm.
5. The mold misalignment of copper and aluminum castings should not be greater than 0.5mm.
6. The holes of copper and aluminum parts should be chamfered and burred. Punching is not allowed for cast aluminum parts. The edges of the cast holes are allowed to have rounded corners.
7. The tolerance of the inner and outer diameters of extruded aluminum tubes shall comply with the provisions of Table 1-21.
8. Both drawn and extruded aluminum tubes shall be annealed, and their Brinell hardness shall not exceed 25. The oxidation color produced by annealing is allowed to exist.
9. The end of the pre-threaded wire shall be a smooth hemispherical shape.
10. The diameter difference of the single wire of the threaded wire shall comply with the standards of Table 1-22.
11. The misalignment of the welding plane of the copper-aluminum transition plate shall not exceed 2.0mm, and the misalignment of the thickness shall not exceed 0.7mm.
12. The surface of the copper plate and the aluminum plate shall be smooth and clean, and the depth of local scratches shall not exceed 0.5mm.
13. When the Dead End Clamp steel-aluminum butt-welded transition plate is bent 180° at the welding point, the weld should not break.
