Suspension Clamp, is a metal accessory that connects and combines various devices in the power system, plays a role in transmitting mechanical loads, electrical loads and certain protective functions. Tension wire clamp model representation:
(1) NLD--1, 2, 3... represents. The meaning of the model is: N-tension clamp; L-bolt type; D-inverted type; such as NLD-1, which means type 1 bolt inverted tension clamp.
(2) Indicated by the letter NY. N-tension clamp, Y-crimping type. The number after "-" is the nominal cross-section.
(3) Indicated by the letter NB. N-tension clamp, B-explosion type. The number after "-" is the nominal cross-section.

2. Protective hardware.
(1) Vibration damper. It suppresses the vibration of the conductor and lightning conductor and plays an anti-vibration role.
(2) Pre-twisted wire protection wire. It plays a role in protecting the conductor.
(3) Heavy hammer. It suppresses the excessive swing angle of the suspension insulator string and the upward pull of the conductor and lightning conductor on the straight rod.
(4) Spacer. It fixes the split conductors into a geometric shape.

3. Connecting hardware. U-shaped hanging ring, double plate, right angle hanging plate, extension ring, U-shaped screw, the above hardware is called universal hardware, which is used to connect between insulator string and hardware, between wire clamp and insulator string, and between lightning conductor and pole tower.
Ball head hanging ring and (__qiu tou gua huan _) bowl head hanging plate are special hardware for connecting ball and socket insulators.
