(1) When installing bolt-type wire clamps at height, the bolts must be fully installed and tightened before the traction rope can be loosened;
(2) When installing tension wire clamps for conductors, lightning arresters (optical cables) at height, reliable measures must be taken to prevent the wires from running;
(3) The wire ends cut on the tower should be lowered with ropes;
(4) When installing on the ground, the anchoring of conductors, lightning arresters (optical cables) should be reliable, and the anchoring work should be performed by technicians.
(5) The safety relief valve of the hydraulic pump shall not be adjusted at will, and the relief valve shall not be used for unloading.
