Purpose Of Power Fittings And Poles
Connector Insert Purpose of holding pole and erecting pole:
What is the function of erecting pole?
The erecting pole is composed of two identical slender round poles, the top (tip) diameter of the round pole should not be less than 80mm, the root diameter should not be less than 120mm, and the length is 4~6m. 300~350mm away from the top, a chain link with a length of 300~350mm is made of iron wire to connect the two round poles.
A handle is installed 600mm away from the bottom of the round pole (with a 300mm long bolt inserted). The erecting pole is used as a single pole and a temporary support pole.
What are the advantages of holding poles?
There are two types of holding poles: single holding poles and herringbone holding poles. The herringbone pole is made of two identical slender round rods tied crosswise with steel ropes at the top to form a herringbone shape. The pole height is selected according to only 1/2 of the pole height. The average pole diameter is 16~20mm. The root opening is 1/3 of the pole length. It is interlocked with φ12 steel ropes, as shown in Figure 1-18. In pole erection work, the herringbone pole is widely used and has the following advantages: ① The two rods bear the force, so the lifting weight is larger than that of a single pole;
② Because the lower part is forked, the bottom area is large and the stability is good, which can reduce the temporary pull wire used for fixing;
③ The device is simple and easy to erect; ④ The tilt angle can be adjusted at will.
