Safety Requirements For The Quality Of Power Sharing Cross-arm Projects
Suspension Clamp Project quality and safety requirements: The upper edge position of the top cap hoop: 10cm for straight poles, 15cm for tension, corner, and terminal. The cross arm position from the top of the pole downward: 60cm downward from the upper edge of the top cap hoop of straight poles, corner, and tension poles, and 60cm for the cross arm under the corner and branch. Double circuit: 80cm for straight poles, 60cm for tension, corner, and terminal. Bolts of cross arms, iron bars, hanging plates, etc. should be tightened. LJ-150 and tension, corner, and terminal poles should be equipped with reinforcement bolts. The cross arm should be flat after installation, with ±20㎜ up and down, left and right. The direction of the cross arm top cap: straight poles are aligned with the direction of the line, and corner and straight poles are aligned with the bisector of the inner angle.
Method for measuring the length of the cross arm bolt: Take φ190 as an example. If it is 2m downward from the top of the pole, it is 13.3×2+190+12+10=238.6cm. The length of the nut to be added is: φ16mm over +30mm, φ20mm +40mm, single-head bolts with two nuts and two washers, double-head bolts with four nuts and two washers. Check that the crossarm cap is free of rust, sand holes, specifications meet the design, and that there are no missing parts such as split pins and nuts. No personal injuries will occur. For corners below 45°, one pair of crossarms is generally installed. The crossarm insulator string skirt is at least 5cm away from the crossarm. For angles below 15°, it is a straight turn and generally no gaps are opened.
