Strain Clamp Models And Model Indication Methods
There are three types of tension clamps:
(1) Bolt-type tension clamps, used to fix the conductor on the insulator string of the tension corner tower, suitable for fixing small and medium-section conductors.
(2) Fuse Link, one is to fix the conductor on the tension insulator string and is suitable for large-section conductors, and the other is to fix the ground wire on the tension pole.
(3) Wedge-type tension clamps, used to fix the ground wire on the tension pole.
Tension clamp model representation:
(1) NLD--1, 2, 3.... The model means: N-tension clamp; L-bolt type; D-inverted type; such as NLD-1, indicating type 1 bolt inverted tension clamp.
(2) Indicated by the letter NY. N-tension clamp, Y-crimped type. The number after "-" is the nominal cross-section.
(3) Indicated by the letter NB. N is a tension clamp, B is an explosion-compression type. The number after "-" is the nominal cross-section.
