Types Of Crossarms In Power Fittings And Detailed Introduction Of Various Crossarms
The main raw material of the gate cross arm is equilateral angle steel, and its specifications are named according to the size and length of the angle steel, such as: ∠90×8×5000. It is used for the installation of gate poles of 10kV and below transmission lines. Its specifications and processing are different according to the different root openings.
2. Lifting beam
The lifting beam, whose main raw material is channel steel, is the lifting beam cross arm of the transformer and vacuum switch. It is installed on the lifting arm. The specification model is expressed by the size and length of the channel steel used, such as [10×3200.
3. Single pole cross arm
The main raw material is equilateral angle steel, and its specifications are named according to the size of the angle steel and the length of the cross arm, such as: ∠63×6×1800. It is used for the installation of single poles of 10kV and below transmission lines. It is divided into single cross arm and double cross arm according to the installation. Single-pole single crossarm is mainly composed of crossarm, U-shaped clamp, M-type pad (some poles also have support feet and support foot clamp); single-pole double crossarm is mainly composed of crossarm, stud bolt, M-type pad.
4. Assembled crossarm
Assembled crossarms include ground wire crossarm (concrete ground arm, angle steel ground arm and channel steel ground arm), conductor crossarm (straight pole crossarm, corner pole crossarm and tension crossarm). There are two ways to assemble angle steel ground arm, one is similar to the conductor crossarm in appearance, and the other is the angle steel reverse buckle, which is opposite to the angle steel installation method of the main material of the conductor crossarm. It is used for 35KV and above line projects. Its specifications are expressed according to the pole type used, that is, the straight pole specifications contain the English capital letter "Z", such as HZM-2, etc.; and the corner pole contains "J", such as: J1, etc. The main raw materials of angle steel ground arm and conductor crossarm are angle steel and flat iron, and the main raw materials of channel steel ground arm are channel steel, round steel, steel plate, etc.
5. Other crossarms
In addition to the above mentioned crossarms, there are other crossarms, such as the commonly known drop insurance crossarm, knife switch crossarm, ring crossarm, lead crossarm, inlet and outlet crossarm, lightning arrester crossarm, etc. Mainly used for 10KV and below line projects. The specifications are expressed according to the specifications of the angle steel used.
