(2) Transformer ratio error.
(3) Signal rate error of energy meter.
(4) Open circuit or short circuit between turns of current transformer.
(5) Fuse of voltage transformer is broken or contact of secondary circuit is poor.
(6) Lightning strike or overload burns the meter and transformer.
(7) The energy meter and transformer are out of tolerance due to inaccurate measurement standard instruments.
