What Are The Differences Between Standard Motors And Variable Frequency Motors In Power Fittings Production Lines?
What is the difference between the standard motor and the variable frequency motor of the Insulation Accessories production line:
Since the standard motor is fan-cooled, the cooling effect is not good at low speed. It can only be used with a reduced load. The motor dedicated to the variable frequency drive can also run continuously at 100% load at low speed. This is because the insulation level has been improved by more than one gear, and: the standard motor is suitable for decreasing loads such as fans, blowers and pumps whose speed increases in proportion to the load; the motor dedicated to the variable frequency drive is suitable for constant torque loads that are not related to speed, such as conveyor belts, lifting devices, etc.; the variable frequency motor has the function of resisting impact current.
