(5) The accident oil discharge facilities should be intact and the fire-fighting facilities should be complete.
(6) The throttles on the oil system such as the oil storage cabinet, cooling device, oil purifier, etc. should be opened and the indication should be correct.
(7) The connection between the grounding lead and the main grounding grid should meet the design requirements and the grounding should be reliable. The grounding lead bushings of the core and clamps, the grounding small bushings of the bushings and the extraction terminals of the voltage extraction device should be grounded when not in use; the secondary terminals of the standby current transformer should be short-circuited to ground; the contact and sealing of the rope structure at the top of the bushing should be good.
(8) The oil level of the oil storage cabinet and the oil-filled bushing is normal. The respirator is intact and the desiccant does not change color.
(9) The position of the tap changer should meet the operating requirements, and the test of the remote operating mechanism of the on-load voltage regulating switching device should be qualified.
