(1) Power inspection agencies at all levels should carry out power supply management for dual (multiple) power supply customers in accordance with this standard.
(2) Before the dual (multiple) power supply project is put into use, power inspection personnel at all levels have the right to check whether the project is designed and constructed in accordance with the power supply plan approved by the power supply enterprise. If the project design and construction are not carried out in accordance with the approval, they have the right to make rectification suggestions and report to the relevant management departments of the enterprise.
(3) If power inspection personnel at all levels find quality defects and safety hazards in the acceptance of the customer's dual (multiple) power supply project, they have the right to make rectification suggestions and make rectification within a time limit.
(4) Power inspection personnel at all levels have the responsibility to regularly inspect the safe use of power after the dual (multiple) power supply is put into use. If there are safety hazards in power use, they have the right to make rectification suggestions and are responsible for the follow-up inspection and acceptance of the completion of the rectification.
(5) Power inspection personnel at all levels have the responsibility to check the implementation of the customer's "Power Supply Contract", "Dual (Multiple) Power Supply Dispatch Agreement" and (Self-provided Generator Use Agreement) and make work suggestions and opinions.
