Compression type tension clamp is generally composed of aluminum (aluminum alloy) tube and steel anchor. Bolt type tension clamp uses the friction effect generated by the vertical pressure of U-shaped screw and the wavy wire groove of the clamp to fix the conductor. The body and pressure plate of this type of clamp are made of malleable cast iron. Suitable for installing aluminum stranded wire, copper stranded wire and steel core aluminum stranded wire of small and medium cross-section.
The wedge-type tension clamp uses the splitting force of the wedge to lock the conductor (ground wire) in the clamp. That is, the steel strand is bent into the same shape as the wedge and installed in the clamp. When the steel strand is stressed, the wedge and the steel strand slide along the wall of the clamp barrel toward the clamp outlet at the same time, becoming tighter and tighter and gradually locked. The clamp body and wedge are made of malleable cast iron. It is used to install steel strands, tighten ground wires and the wires of the wire tower. It is convenient to install and remove.
The pre-twisted tension clamp consists of metal pre-twisted wires and matching accessories to tension the conductor (ground wire) on the tension tower.
