(2) The secondary winding of the short-circuited current transformer must use a short-circuit plate or short-circuit line, and it is strictly forbidden to wrap it with wires.
(3) When performing any work on the circuit and wire between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal, strict safety measures should be taken and a secondary work safety measures form should be filled out.
