What Should I Pay Attention To When Installing The Power Fittings Ut Wire Clamp?

Hardware Powerfitting adopts a wedge-shaped self-locking structure to clamp the steel strand in the wire slot. It is generally used at the lower end of the cable tower. So what should be paid attention to when installing the UT cable clamp? Remind you that you must pay attention to the following points when installing the UT cable clamp:

1. Apply lubricant to the thread before installation.

2. There should be no obvious loose strands in the bending part of the cable, the cable break and the main cable should be fixed reliably, the length of the tail wire exposed at the cable clamp is three to five centimeters, and the tail wire should be tied tightly with the main cable after turning back.

3. The tongue plate of the cable clamp should be in close contact with the cable, and there should be no sliding phenomenon after being stressed. The convex belly of the cable clamp is on the side of the tail wire, and the wire strands should not be damaged during installation.

4. The cable binding wire should be 3.2mm small galvanized iron wire, the long head of the wire binding wire is fifteen turns, the short head is five turns, and the tail wire of the wire binding wire should be twisted and tied tightly. Leave 25mm off the short head of the wire binding wire, and the wire binding wire should be uniform and tight.

5. After the UT type wire clamp is equipped with a nut, the length of the screw exposed on the thread should be one-third of the total length of the thread. After tightening, the double nuts of the UT type wire clamp are tight.

6. When the same group of wires use double wire clamps and connecting plates, the direction of the tail wire ends should be unified.
